Mwita Chacha-HR

Mwita brings over a decade of experience as a Management Consultant specializing in Human Capital Services and Strategy. He has a proven track record of delivering integrated consulting solutions to both public and private sector clients across East Africa, including Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, and Ethiopia.

His expertise spans key human resources domains such as Performance Management with a strong focus on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Executive Selection and Recruitment, Training and Development, Culture Transformation, and Change Management. Mwita has supported organizations in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their strategic objectives, working with a diverse portfolio of clients that includes family-owned businesses, local enterprises, USAID-funded projects, and government institutions.

A strong advocate for people development, Mwita is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to realize their full potential while driving sustainable and positive social impact. Prior to joining MHB, he worked with KPMG Tanzania’s People & Change Unit and Deloitte Tanzania’s Human Capital Practice.

Mwita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Personnel Management. He is also a Certified Microfinance Professional accredited by the Bank of Tanzania and is currently pursuing an ESG Leadership Program.
