Business Loans-USD
Business Loans is funding given by MHB to individual (s) or an organization for business purposes designed specifically for customer engaged in business that involves frequent transactions in USD currency.
Loan tenure is up to 60 Months
Interest Rate is 9% to 12% pa (Base Rate 10%)
Maximum loan facility is up to Single Borrower Limit (SBL)
Loan repayment will be on monthly basis instalments. For construction companies, schools and other individuals who receives payment in quarterly or semi-annually bases their repayments shall base on funds inflows.
Must maintain Account with MHB
Must have business in operation and experience of not less than 12 months
Must have good credit History with MHB and other institutions
The applicant must have attained majority age i.e. 18 years
Complete all minimum documentation as per checklist for normal
